I want to move to England but not sure what area to live in. I want some where that is safe but not overly pricey. I am not fussed where either city or rural?

These are the best places for me -London, really good night life, nice vibe -Brighton, nice little sea side town -Windsor, really beautiful looking castles and Lego Land -Lincoln, Ive got a friend that lives there and he says its good, also its got a spectacular cathedral -Bath, my favorite city other than London mainly cities, i don't really know much country towns that are good, maybe some around the south near Dover are pretty good in my opinion

If you are not an EU citizen you can't just move here. Do you have a job, or a university place, and a visa? Or are you a multi-millionaire. You need to do some research. And Stevenage is a dump.

Assuming you can get a visa, you have plenty of choice. However, it will be expensive. Housing is incredibly expensive. Broadly speaking, the further you live from London, the cheaper the housing. Also the "niceness" of an area and the availability of jobs affects the price. It's warmer in the south. It's friendlier in the north. Big cities offer jobs. Small Market towns offer quality of life for families.

hi small rural villages in land away from the coast and large towns and cities. the west country is the warmest really but the cornish is not the best they are a bit hostile to incoming people.

York. Beautiful city, fantastic countryside around it, and not far from Scarborough and Whitby on the coast.

I'd say either London-capital, Devon-Quite lots of countryside, York-Beautiful place, Kent- Calm and relaxing, Or Norfolk

Lowestoft in Suffolk, a large town with affordable housing on the outskirts. One of Suffolk's safer towns and has a lovely blue flag beach which means it has clean water and excellent sand with no rubbish on it.
