Is england a good place to live?
people who live in england honestly what do think of it? i want to move to Brighton very badly but i want to know what its like. are the people nice? is it diverse? safe? beautiful?

to LIVE in its a brilliant place, nice, fair, clean, diverse, fairly safe but it's an expensive life youve got taxes, VAT, rising prices (inflation), government cuts etc etc it really isnt worth it due to the costs, a lot of people are moving abroad from here, commonly to spain or dubai

I heard that most old English people are very formal and traditional and respectful I heard that it rains a lot in England

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but as you are an American you cannot just up sticks and move to any part of the UK let alone move to Brighton. You would be able to visit for a maximum of 6 months in any one 12 month period but you would have to leave after that time is up, and you would also have to prove to our immigration that you had the means to support yourself for the amount of time that you wanted to stay here...if you couldn't do so then you would be denied entry and sent back home...
