no nope no way you have to be 17 to ride a 125 . You can get your CBT at 16 and you are able to ride a RS50 if that is what you want they are one of the most expensive learner bikes and in my opinion (for the dried fish it is worth) they aren't worth it. sservice costs are high and it is not worth buying second hand as they've all been ragged to within an inch of thier life and all will need a replacement piston and ring set. the engines do not last over about 8,000 miles without needing a rebore or a fairly major rebuild..
