I am 17 and i am at college at the moment in England (we start college at 16 and finish at 18) and i was deeply interested in studying at a college in the US but how would i go about temporarily emigrating there and would the grades i get from my course at college in the UK be acceptable for a college in the US? Or if you do not know would you be able to tell me how to find out the answer? Thanks

the colleges/universities in the us use the sat scores to admit students. if you are a foreign student you will need to take the sat and apply to the university of your choice with those scores. naturally the more elite ones will need very good scores to be considered for admission. check the websites of the university that you are interested in and go thru their admission criteria ... you will be able to get more answers there.
