you would need to go to or contact the home office in london but i am not sure how much a visa costs give it a try and good luck

Answer to your previous question regarding the same... As an American you would find it incredibly hard to get a job over here unless you have a skill that is in high demand, and a person from the EU can not fill it. EU citizens are given precedence over any job vacancies nowadays. If you were to transfer with a company from America that wouldn't be a problem though.
