10 Downing Street, City of Westminister, London, England.. No, the Royals live in Buckingham palace which is also in the city of westminister. The First Lord of the Treasury also lives in Downing street aswell as the prime minister & his family.

The Prime Minister traditionally resides at 10 Downing Street in London and is also entitled to use the country house of Chequers in Buckinghamshire. He does not reside with the Royals, though he is appointed by them, after being Elected, of course.
