explain please! im just curios because i want to live in England! and want to know if its a better life over?

Can't be worse than the "great" U.S.A. At least they have jobs over there, as well as intelligence. ...maybe even some morals(which USA is also bankrupt in). I'm starting to wish I could move to another country.

Crash is wrong, the unemployment rate in the UK is higher than here in the USA. My brother lives in England, I'm in the States. Just today we were talking about the economy and according to him it is very dismal, will continue through this year and into next year. I've lived in the US, Switzerland, England and Scotland and I wouldn't leave the States.

I am English by birth and American by choice. I have lived in the USA for almost 40 years and while I enjoy visiting my native land I would not consider moving back. That's just my personal observation and I do not mean to insult anyone. I like my life in the USA and for me it has worked out very well. I have a far better standard of living here than I would at "home".

England all the way.The unemployment is pretty high at the moment, and you get taxed slightly more, but thats because health care is free (People argue and say its not "free" because we pay higher tax than America- but the extra we pay in tax is actually less then what you pay for health insurance) We also have lovely cultural things to do and exciting nightlife.

WHY DONT GO TO NEW ZEALAND OR CANADA. CANADA WILL BE THE BEST OPTION

even though the brits i think are generally nicer people over all with better culture over here i do like the states, some places are nice and some are complete sh!tholes, but its the same with england

Crash.. unemployment here in England is high! .. But overall I love england. Probably won't ever move.. perhaps to the French alps...
