In every city, town and village in England there are what you would call 'high class' people living. each area has poorer, less educated, benefit culture and better educated, nice housing, public school ( private fee paying) good jobs, people..................so it is impossible to give you particular cities, towns, villages........................................

Maxi is absolutely correct. As you find all classes in London, you find them all over the UK. There are certainly more upper class people in the Windsor area, the area around Cambridge and in Surrey. The thing is that they mostly keep low key and you won't realise when you see them. I find this British class thinking utterly disturbing, but it's British, so they stay amongst each other. Perhaps that's why you think there are certain areas where they all live.

Mayfair, Marylebone, Chelsea, Kensington and Richmond in London. Most of the counties of Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Gloucestershire and Cheshire. Also in Henley on Thames (Oxfordshire). Many towns such as Bath have some very upper class neighbourhoods mixed with more ordinary areas

i'd say kensington in london is really high class. and for the people who said cambridge, people think its really nice and it is but there are chavs everywhere. maybe not as much as other places but seriously there are loads.
