I heard some people like other kids playing with their legs because it either makes them laugh or happy. It could also make them excited. Just an hour ago, I was imangining my children and I being in the same place in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico where I was nearly a year ago with my family. If the kid says it's ok, why would you get arrested? Is it totally up to the kid or does the law says it's unexceptable in England? Tell me what you believe about this.

A kid says it is ok.................. Why would you ask them in the first place? If I were to see you, I would whoop your hiney. You should not touch kids inappropriately no matter what they say.
