Work for a consulting company that have projects in these countries. Then go and work on those projects. Depending on the type of consulting you do the project durations may vary. This way you get to live there and work too.

you can get a working holiday visa for australia for a year but only hold the same job for 3 months at a time. it is very similar for the Uk. it depends on your nationality. in the uk if you have ancestory you can stay for 4 years.
