Does anyone how I can buy off I tunes US? I live in England and unfortunatley don't know anyone in America, is there a way? ie an i tunes gift US card or something?

If you don't know anyone in the US, you'll have a hard time getting a US iTunes Card. You could change your store's country to US but only if your payment method is a debit or credit card from a US bank.
