Yes it would. Your passport will also work.

2 :

It would as it has your age, your address and the hologram over it, they should accept it.

3 :

No, it will not. The only ID they accept from you is your passport.

If you have a full driving license issued by the U.K. and it contains a photograph of you it will be accepted. Understand that in the U.S. a "provisional" license is one that is issued to minors, (those between 16-18 years old) and the wording of your question may cause some misunderstanding about what kind of license you have. To gamble or consume alcoholic drinks in Nevada you must be 21 years or older. Enjoy your time in Las Vegas, and try to take in a show. May I suggest seeing "Blue Man Group" Note; The (so called) International Driver License is not valid anywhere in the United States. That is more of an European thing.

There really is no need to drive in Vegas. Take taxis. That way you can drink all you want -- and traffic is crazy in Vegas. Unless you're from a large city it will be intimidating.

6 :

No. Use your passport. And you are aware the drinking and gambling age is 21 there. You cannot even get a hotel room at most places in Vegas until you are 21.

No to the provisional driver's license, yes to your passport. *

I assume you mean a UK license as England doesnt do licenses. Yes it will be it shows all the necessary details. If you mean car hire then yes too as long as someone else has a full license. My mate hired a car last year with a provisional and we went to LA from LV.
