If you can be described as part of a brain drain - maybe, if you work for less than a Brit would take, at a job no Brit will do. Then when you are done you must leave. Humans are wanted in exactly ZERO countries, and HATED everywhere.

unless you can claim citizenship of another EU member (in which case obtaining British citizenship becomes irrelevant) you will find it next to impossible to get into the UK However, if you do manage it, you will need to be legally living & WORKing (working not studying) for a minimum of 5 years before you become eligible for the British equivalent of permanent residence (Indefinite Leave to Remain - ILR). Once you've held ILR for a minimum of a year you become eligible to apply for citizenship by naturalisation. In theory provided there are no hiccups & your paperwork is processed quickly it could take approximately 6 years before you become eligible for citizenship
