i recommend you study in england for your gcse's and a-levels. the reason for this is because England is one of the best countries in terms of education resources. So study in england, then when the point comes where you choose what university you want to go to, then choose one in america such as Harvard or Stanford.

Go to the office of your school and ask them what they think that you should do. There are exchange programs. Is this University or High School? You can email...check out emich.edu for one example. They are inexpensive and give you a great education. Good luck

You can not go to school for free in the US unless you are a resident here, and you can't be a resident here at school age unless your parents move here with you, or you live with a guardian. The exception is if you do a year student exchange via a formal program. You can't just move to the US, under age 18, and live in an apartment/flat. It's not even legal for a landlord to rent it to you, because you are not legally allowed to sign a contract. You can, of course, go to a boarding school in the US. That's entirely possible. You'd pay tuition, and room and board, and live at the school. There are some really nice boarding schools in the US, an they all accept international students. But it's not cheap. You can go to university in the US. If you stay in England, do your GCSEs, do your A levels, you are welcome to apply to any US university that you'd like.
